Our Training
Force 10 is paving the way towards higher standards within the security industry by becoming the first company to train all its staff to FETAC level 5 through ISIT Skillnet’s Professional Security Practices programme. Every member of staff in Force 10 has successfully completed the FETAC level 5 course, giving them a higher level of training than that which is required under licensing. Force 10 prides itself on the level of service it provides its customers and felt that licensing levelled the playing field and negated our competitive edge. We wanted to distinguish ourselves once again above our competitors and decided that up-skilling our staff was the way forward.
